This Data Protection Notice ("Notice") describes how KiraClubs collects, processes, and protects your personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Law on Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 (KVKK in Turkey).
1. DATA CONTROLLER AND CHILD SAFETY POINT OF CONTACT

2. PURPOSES OF PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA AND CHILD SAFETY PROVISIONS
Your personal data is processed for the following purposes:
- Executing our contract and establishing your account.
- Providing matchmaking services, voice rooms, text messaging, and video calls.
- Verifying your identity using selfie verification to ensure platform safety.
- Processing virtual coin purchases, deposits, and creator withdrawals.
- Complying with accounting, tax, and anti-money laundering regulations.
- Ensuring security, detecting fraudulent activities, preventing illegal CSAE/CSAM materials, and blocking abusive users.
3. TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA
To provide the Service, your data may be transferred to and stored on secure servers located outside your country of residence (such as AWS Frankfurt servers for European/Turkish users), or shared with trusted third parties (such as Agora RTC for audio/video calling, and licensed payment gateways). These transfers are executed under standard contractual clauses to ensure GDPR/KVKK compliance.
4. METHOD OF COLLECTING PERSONAL DATA
Your personal data is collected automatically when you download/use the app, register via OAuth (such as Google, Apple, or TikTok), upload profile images, complete verification selfies, or submit deposit/withdrawal forms.
5. YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS
Under KVKK Article 11 and GDPR, you have the right to:
- Learn whether your personal data is processed or not.
- Request information if your personal data has been processed.
- Learn the purpose of processing and whether they are used appropriately.
- Know the third parties to whom personal data is transferred domestically or abroad.
- Request correction of incomplete or incorrect data.
- Request deletion or destruction of personal data under the conditions laid down in KVKK/GDPR.
- Object to processing or request compensation for damages due to unlawful processing.
