KiraClubs ("we", "us", or "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, process, use, store, and share your personal data when you use the KiraClubs website, mobile applications, API endpoints, and other platform services (collectively, the "Service"). It also explains your legal rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), and other applicable regional regulations (such as KVKK in Turkey).

KiraClubs is the data controller responsible for the processing of your personal data under this policy. 2. CHILD SAFETY STANDARDS AND EXPLICIT CSAE/CSAM PROHIBITION
KiraClubs and its developer mustafa Hazar Bilgin are strictly committed to keeping Google Play a safe platform for everyone. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy towards child abuse. Under our Child Safety Standards:
- We explicitly prohibit any form of Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) and Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM). Creating, sharing, soliciting, or facilitating such content or behavior on the Platform is strictly forbidden.
- We provide and maintain an active in-app mechanism for users to submit feedback and report suspicious or harmful content directly. Any reported CSAM/CSAE content is immediately removed, violating accounts are permanently terminated, and incidents are reported to relevant child protection authorities (including NCMEC).
- We fully comply with all applicable child safety laws and regulations.
3. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
We collect and process the following categories of personal data to provide a secure and functional matchmaking and social system:
2.1. Information You Provide Voluntarily:
- Account Credentials: Email address, phone number, display name, age, birth date, gender, and passwords.
- Profile Information: Biography, profile photos, interests, and matching preferences.
- Selfie Verification Photos: If you request identity verification (blue tick badge) or submit withdrawal requests, we collect a real-time photo of your face (selfie) to match it against your uploaded profile photos. This ensures profile authenticity and prevents financial fraud.
- Financial Information: For manual deposits and payouts, we collect your bank account details (IBAN, account holder name) or cryptocurrency wallet addresses (e.g., USDT TRC20).
- Customer Support Data: Any communication or files you submit when contacting our support desk.
If you choose to register or log in using third-party services like Google, Apple, or TikTok, we collect your basic profile details from those providers, such as your third-party unique user identifier (UID), display name, nickname, email address (if provided), and profile picture URL. This data is used solely to authenticate your identity and populate your initial profile.
2.3. Information Collected Automatically:
- Usage Data: Pages visited, match interactions, active session times, call history logs, chat metadata, and voice room status.
- Technical Data: IP address, device type, operating system version, screen resolution, browser type, and app crash logs.
- Location Data: Your approximate location derived from your IP address, or precise location if you explicitly grant permission through your mobile device settings.
We process the messages, images, voice notes, and audio streams you send or broadcast on the Platform. Please note that text messages, voice room audio, and images shared in group environments are visible to other participants.
3. LEGAL BASIS AND PURPOSES OF PROCESSING
We process your data under the following legal bases:
- Performance of a Contract: To register your account, manage matches, enable live voice/video rooms, process virtual wallet transactions, deposits, and pay out broadcaster earnings.
- Consent: For processing sensitive items like selfie verification photos or using precise location services (which you can withdraw at any time).
- Legitimate Interests: To maintain platform security, prevent scam/fake profiles, investigate harassment, analyze app performance, and block bad actors.
- Compliance with Legal Obligations: To maintain tax, accounting, and anti-money laundering (AML) records.
4. DATA SHARING AND DISCLOSURES
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We only share data with trusted third-party service providers and partners under strict data processing agreements:
- Hosting and Databases: Amazon Web Services (AWS) hosts our servers and databases securely.
- Real-time Audio and Streaming: Agora RTC processes the audio/video streams in voice rooms.
- WebSockets and Events: Laravel Reverb/Pusher protocols handle live chat and UI state synchronization.
- Payment Processors: Licensed payment gateways (such as PayTR) process credit card transactions securely without sharing card details with us.
- Legal Authorities: We will disclose data to law enforcement, government bodies, or courts if required by a valid legal subpoena, warrant, or regulatory audit.
5. COOKIES AND TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES
We use cookies, web beacons, and mobile identifiers to recognize your browser, save your session state, keep you logged in, and analyze usage trends. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though some platform features may cease to function correctly.
6. DATA RETENTION AND DELETION POLICY
We retain your personal data only as long as your account remains active or as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy.
6.1. Account Deletion and Data Purge Instructions:
You can request the complete and permanent deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time. To do so:
- Go to your Profile Settings inside the KiraClubs mobile application.
- Select the 'Delete Account' option and confirm.
- Alternatively, you can email our support team directly at support@kiraclubs.com requesting account deletion.
7. USER RIGHTS
Depending on your location, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:
- Right to access the data we hold about you.
- Right to correct or update inaccurate data.
- Right to request the erasure of your data (subject to legal retention requirements).
